Take a break and get out

Christmas break is over!

It was great to go home to Michigan for a time but it's nice to be back. Florida is really beginning to feel like home.... oh my i'm becoming a grown-up, no longer relying on my parents!

After a 3 1/2 hour layover in Detroit and a 2 hour drive home from Tampa.... finally made it back, only to miss my first class of the semester! I'm a terrible student!

Made it to AML though. Crazy kinda class, young adult reading. Our first book is Esperanza Rising, it's about a 13 year old. Looking forward to finishing it. I also bought the first Gossip Girl book. I love the show, it's probably my favorite, so I figured I might as well read the books. Yeah, I'm still a kid at heart.

My Tuesdays are going to be killer. Reporting. I'll say it again. Reporting. I'm not a JM...I'm a PR major and I cannot fail this class. An "outside-the-classroom" story once a week! I can't find scoops! I'm not gonna lie, I'm scared!

There is good news though, this semester is should be great. My guy and I got to see Tim Tebow at Best Buy. That's right. The 2007 Heisman Trophy Winner, best college football quarterback, Mr. 51 TD's himself, right next to me, looking at the video games. I figure, I've got a 4.0 this semester for sure... that's just incredible luck.

ION :: Staci, my guy, and I are going to Cedar Point this summer!!! I'm so geeked!!

I'm watching my gators get beat by 'Bama right now and Obama get beat by the Hil.... let's hope for a better night!
